"I don't even know, how Jaffna looks like now. I left, when I was alittle girl. I don't want to go back to Jaffna to live, because my children were born in Puttalam. And they are used to this life style andwill not be able to adapt. On the other hand I am scared to go back" says 28 years old Matheen Matheena, who is a mother of six in Puttalam welfare camp.
